Why we misinterpret negative thoughs as wrong thoughts

 Generally, "I am not able to do it or how I will do it", people say these are negative thoughts, but no, they are not negative thoughts, they are realistic thoughts.

Suppose, you are in a cricket match against Virat Kohli and you have a thought, how I will defeat him so instead of finding ways you are saying why I am getting negative thoughts so I should say to myself I will defeat him, Wow!!.

Positive thoughts may give you energy and negative thoughts may give you fear,why we don't understand that both are necessary.

So, classify thoughts on basis of right or wrong rather than labeling them as positive or negative.

Thoughts that are related to your work giving you energy or generating fear both are necessary for your stratification. 

These thoughts give you direction for thinking and once when you able to answer all questions they won't be disturbing you anymore.
