Negative thoughts
Say this, to yourself “for rest of the day I should feel sad and unhappy” with conviction in your mother tongue. Repeat it for 5 to 6 times and then after few minutes you will see your thoughts vanishing and you will be completely blank for a few moments. If this happens with you so why it happen?
Thoughts are words
associate with images and introspection forming a loop or chain which we find
difficult to handle.
For example, you watch a
movie, after 3hrs your thoughts will be regarding the movie, good or bad
depending on whether you like it or not, if you like, you will say I am happy
now or this movie energies me but what if you do not like the movie and your
thoughts will be negative “O! why should I watch this movie ,this is waste of time
,I should first check review ”. And then you start to feel sad and
then you ask why I am feeling sad.
So, when we are exposed
with particular type of information , according to nature of information we
start wandering in our conscious mind and unknowingly triggering our
emotions. Start to feel sad or happy according to triggered emotion.
