The war for peace
Today we are quite opposite to our ancestors in terms of habits and behavior. Now the ultimate goal of our life is to make it comfortable but we have achieved so much comfort which is providing us more discomfort at physical(body) level and mental level. Now, everything is done with machines, that have changed everything from the clothes that we wear to the food we eat or the way we think. This change is incredible and bound someone's imaginations. We are now getting more disturb both physically and mentally. There is always chattering or noise that increasing urgency for peace. We can deal with outside noises or situations but how to deal with noises or chattering within us. We all have desires of having someone or something and they are endless. This is the root cause of mental illness like depression, insomnia, fear, anxiety, and many more. Today we have the ability to see the kind of world we love to see which is increasing our inner chattering or introspection and we never realize it. It is like a deep ocean of thoughts and we are getting deeper and deeper and struggling how to come at surface level. The more we try more we get deeper in it Then how to handle this inner noise. Is there any way? Firstly we need to understand our lifestyle and contemplate about those changes we adapt for our convenience with time. We need to understand why there is always chattering inside ourselves and what is the cause of the problem we should ask ourselves this question repeatedly and patiently. We will get answers depending on our situations. But the foremost thing that should start as early as possible is to make ourselves more physically active rather than sitting. Because when we are physically active our brain is more relaxed which helps us to think effectively.
