Changes

When a child is born he is unable to do basic activities but after 10 years of his existence, he becomes perfect in those activities. Now his body is grown-up muscle size has increased. Our weather is also changing due to shifting in the position of sun and earth and so the type of food we are eating is also changing. Changes can be physical or psychological but we should have the ability to accept those changes. Imagine a prisoner living in prison for around 25 years find initially difficult to adjust but when he becomes comfortable he starts to like there. But, how he feels when he comes outside he is not in that state to experience freedom, psychologically his whole life is disturbed once again and this all leads to mental issues sometimes suicide also. Changes give us an experience and this experience is necessary for our life. A boy becomes a man, man gets married, then he becomes father and grandfather and finally he dies. Depression or frustration is all because we are unable to adjust or accept ourselves with changes. Changes in thinking or change in thinking patterns both are necessary. Experience makes you strong internally, provide you knowledge of how to live a comfortable life. A well-experienced person lives a better life compared to a well-trained person.
