Thinking and Overthinking

When we are conscious about our actions and decisions then we are thinking. When we introspect about a situation happening or already happened or imaging it with our words then we are overthinking. Overthinking is continuously speaking to ourselves. If we are busy in our thoughts in such an uncontrolled fashion that our habit decide our action, not our consciousness.

When we are introspecting to ourselves more this makes us dull, lazy and all energy went away, and then we are unable to do any task which involves focus. This whole is happening in a repetitive mode forming a loop and we never realize and start to blame others.

When we have the ability to control our breathing we are conscious otherwise everything is on autopilot.

When you are in a state of overthinking and want to get rid of those thoughts start some exercise like push-ups which gives you sweating and then naturally you can observe your breath focus as much as you can and then leave. After a week there will be a change in our thinking pattern.

Overthinking is a lot of wasteful thoughts that have nothing to do with our life that brings frustration, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

When we are conscious we are in our control but when overthinking overpower us we are driven by our thoughts which makes us happy for a short period but when we come out we find everything disturbs and unable to control.
