Physical and Psychological environment

 Our physical surrounding form our physical environment and our thoughts, feeling and our habits form our psychological environment.
When we watch the movie physically we are in front of a screen but mentally or psychologically our thoughts and their direction is controlled by the screen. This all is happening for a period let say for 2 hours. And after two hours the movie gets completed when we come out our thoughts are regarding the movie. Now we are experiencing a different state at the level of mind. And suddenly you realize that there is an urgent task which you have to complete. Are you be able to complete that urgent task with sincerity and dedication? Physically nothing changed but psychologically everything is change. As much as you try hard to push yourself to complete that work you find yourself to be trapped at the level of mind by our thoughts.  And according to your previous habits, you think and will take your decision and everything will be in an autopilot mode and we never realize. But why some may or some may not able to do.
Researches show that those who always chatter to themselves every time are unable to handle mental pressure compared to those who attend consciously a state of peace at level of mind. 
As much as we are in front of a screen are thoughts are controlled by someone else and when we come out we are at discomfort.or dis-ease.
Then how to deal with this problem? when we are in front of a screen or in different psychological states ask yourself again and again what's happening with me why this is happening with me observe your inner triggered emotion and feeling and only pay close attention. Then try to observe the behavior of people around you and then observe yourself and start to pay attention to your breathing. Ask yourself what  I get after watching this movie ask yourself again and again.  Gradually with time and patience, you will able to understand our psychological environment helps to complete some urgent work. At a physical level, our body requires nourishment and at level of mind, we require thoughts. thoughts are endless so the hunger of the mind. It get increases with hurry, urgency , excitement, etc. But when you understand all this is happening at level of mind, not at physical level you will be able to understand this whole game and this loop and once you understand then your thoughts will not be control by the screen because now you can control them and can change direction of them.
