Loneliness -It is okay to feel sad
Loneliness is a term used when we are not satisfied or when we are not at ease. Loneliness is the age-independent issue happening with everyone irrespective of our physical or psychological differences.
When we are craving for a person, object, or happening of a specific situation when these desires are not fulfilled we feel sad or in other words lonely.
A lonely person does not interact with anybody busy in his own world of introspection gradually-gradually it forms a loop and we find difficult to escape. It become like a parasite who eats his host.
It disturbs us at a psychological level. Then it starts affecting our health and we become a bit more frustrated and affecting our relationships in society.
So what is the solution to is the problem?
Take a rest at the physical and at a mental level. Take deep sleep. Don’t speak inside or outside more. Change your physical surrounding. Go to a place of your interest or meet kids in a offenage or you can paint. In other words, make yourself involved in any kind of work/activity that generates peace in yourself. Do not use social media in that period. And After when you relax ask yourself what is the problem. If you are accepting something from a person then don’t expect because that person is not in your control. If you are preparing for an entrance and not able to do then drop that idea and start doing something else. According to your situation ask yourself you will get your answers.wer
