HABITS
Have you ever wonder why similar type of situation happens with you on a regular basis?
Our repetitive actions form a psychological pattern which influences our decision in our life. This is not because of others it's only because of our choices or decision which we take unknowingly which have a great impact on our life. So from where they are coming from? When we are small as a child we tend to do plenty of things which merely affect our life but they are forming a pattern in ourselves that remains and deep down gets stronger and stronger you can imagine it with roots of trees or enchanted forests. For instance imagine, John dates Sue they go for two years a great intimate relationship and they break up. Girl do shopping wine therapy after 6 months she says I am over him. Then after a year she met another person name Peter with him she also have everything same great intimate relationship and after they break up why? As a third-person you can look her situations and can contemplate the cause of the problem and suffering.Now ask yourselves how much marks you got in your first grade, second grade up to twelve grade you will find everything in a similar manner.This all is because of our habits and psychological behavior which we have developed from our overtime .
If these habits help you to achieve what you want then it is perfect but what if these habits are pushing you backward so how to change for the betterment of life?
These patterns which we have developed is because of prolonged unconscious decision or choices and introspection and to break them it require time and patience. First, go to a quiet place for some time around a week make yourselves relax and ask ourselves what is the one thing that you want to change in yourselves , it can be anything habit of procrastination or you want to do new things, all it depends. You do not need to pressurize yourselves only take one small decision . After a year you are a changed person, learning is life long.
